Data & Privacy Requests

Use this public process to exercise privacy rights or request account and data deletion. You do not need to be signed in.

What you can request

  • Access the personal information AHI holds about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your account, workspace data, imported contacts, or other personal information
  • Receive a portable copy of eligible information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent or disconnect an integration
  • Opt out of a processing activity where applicable
  • Appeal a privacy-request decision where local law provides that right

Submit a request

Email us from the address associated with your AHI account when possible. Include your name, organization, country or state, the right you want to exercise, and enough detail to identify the relevant information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive documents unless we ask through a secure channel.

Email privacy@ahi.vc

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity, account ownership, or an authorized agent's authority. We use verification information only to process and document the request. We respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain any lawful exception.

Account, Google, and platform data deletion

AHI account: ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by email. Organization-owned records may be controlled by your organization's administrator and may be retained where contract or law requires.

Google: disconnect Google in AHI Settings to revoke and delete AHI's stored OAuth tokens. You can also remove AHI through Google Account permissions. To delete information previously imported into AHI, include that request in your email.

Facebook, Meta, and other platforms: if a platform directs you here for deletion, email us with the platform name and the account identifier or email used with AHI. AHI does not currently describe a Meta integration as an active product feature, but this process remains available for platform-review and deletion requests.

Public pages: request removal of an AHI-hosted public page or personal information appearing on it. Copies cached or republished by third parties may require a separate request to those parties.
