Can I override AHI's recommended contact?

Always. You can lock a preferred person for a fund or campaign, forbid the generic pitch mailbox, mark contacts protected or confidential, and require AHI to ask before changing a route. Your explicit choice outranks the agent's default.

Can AHI send through my email?

Accepted Answer

Yes — through your authorized Gmail or Microsoft mailbox, after SPF, DKIM and DMARC preflight, with bounce and suppression monitoring and adaptive daily limits. Approval is required during calibration.

Does AHI automate LinkedIn or X?

Accepted Answer

No. AHI drafts channel-appropriate messages and opens the right person's profile so you can review, edit and send. We use approved APIs only where they exist, and never unauthorized automation or scraping.

How much control do I keep?

Accepted Answer

You choose an autonomy level, from draft-only to approved-send within limits. Voice cloning, avatar video, contacting a new person at a fund and anything outside your daily cap always require explicit authorization.

How much investor research can AHI run at once?

Accepted Answer

Research, qualification and personalization run as parallel agent jobs against the Capital Graph. Throughput depends on your Agent Credits, campaign policy and data availability — and preparation capacity is not a recommendation to send high-volume cold email. Sending depends on investor relevance, your approval and domain health.

What does “70–80% less manual work” mean?

AHI reduces repetitive fundraising operations such as research, qualification, personalization, follow-up and pipeline administration. Actual effort saved varies by workspace and is reported per engagement in your Operational Leverage Receipt. AHI does not guarantee funding, meetings, replies or term sheets.

What happens to my investor relations after I raise?

It continues on the same plan. Investor updates, KPI collection, stakeholder communications, board preparation, follow-on relationship development and next-round readiness are included — there is no separate product to buy.

Do funds and accelerators use the same product?

Same platform, different surface. Funds and accelerators get deal-flow triage, portfolio activity, cohort-level founder support and LP reporting, with mandate and portfolio isolation.

What are AHI Agent Credits?

Agent Credits measure AI work across research, personalization, enrichment, voice, video, meeting preparation and diligence. One credit is a cost-weighted service unit, not a raw language-model token, so you don't have to understand different model, voice and enrichment pricing.

Why is AI usage not unlimited?

AI, enrichment, voice and video create real per-action costs. Unlimited plans force light users to subsidize heavy ones and end up rate-limited in practice. Credits keep the cost visible and fair.

What consumes credits?

Only new cost-bearing AI, enrichment, voice or video work: deck analysis, raise strategy, investor matching and deep research, warm-path analysis, personalized drafts and pages, voice and avatar generation, meeting briefings, diligence summaries and responses, and investor or LP update drafts.

What does not consume credits?

Viewing and searching existing data, viewing previously generated content, adding or editing your own records, CSV import, sending an already-generated approved email, pipeline moves, notes, analytics, exporting your own private records, correcting inaccurate AHI data, the platform-wide daily Capital Graph refresh, and any billing or admin action.

Do included credits roll over?

No. Included monthly credits reset at the end of each billing period.

Do purchased credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Purchased top-up credits remain available for 12 months and are consumed only after your included monthly credits.

What happens when I reach zero?

Accepted Answer

You are not locked out. Your data, CRM, pipeline, private contacts and analytics stay available. New credit-consuming AI jobs pause, queued work is preserved, and the paused workflows are clearly identified. You can top up or wait for the next reset.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes — 1,000 credits for $59, 5,000 for $249, 15,000 for $599, or contact sales for enterprise volume.

Can I set a spending cap?

Yes. Auto-recharge is off by default. If you enable it you choose the pack, the trigger balance, a monthly top-up spending cap and who gets billing notifications. AHI never creates a silent overage.

Does AHI charge a success fee?

No. AHI charges a platform subscription and usage fees only. There is no percentage of capital raised.

What happens after the seven-day trial?

Your company and private investor data is preserved and becomes read-only. New AI work and outbound campaign execution stop, you can export the private contacts you created, and your workspace is not deleted. You can choose a plan at any time.

A personalized founder voice introduction is 20 credits; a founder avatar video up to 30 seconds is 250 credits. Both require explicit founder authorization with a consent timestamp, and neither runs automatically just because you have credits.

Do I own my private investor contacts?

Yes. Records you create in My Capital Network are yours, isolated to your workspace, and exportable at any time.

Does AHI share my contacts with other customers?

No. Private data is never added to the global Capital Graph or exposed to another customer without your explicit permission.

Where does the investor data come from?

Accepted Answer

The Capital Graph is compiled from public and licensed sources and refreshed continuously. Corrections you submit are free and improve accuracy for your workspace immediately.
