1. Acceptance of Terms
In plain English: Using AHI means you agree to these terms.
Using AHI constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of Service
In plain English: What AHI provides today.
Investor matching and discovery (15,000+ VCs, family offices, angels), warm intro path mapping, personalized outreach with AI Voice, pitch profile extraction, investor landing pages, pipeline, cap table, and Google Workspace integrations.
3. Account Responsibilities
In plain English: Keep your login secure. Be 18 or older.
Keep credentials secure. Provide accurate information. Must be 18+.
4. Acceptable Use
In plain English: No abuse, scraping, or misusing Google data.
No unlawful use, harassment, malware, scraping, or reverse engineering. You agree not to use Google user data accessed through AHI for any purpose other than the features described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Integrations
In plain English: Google access is read-only and revocable.
Google OAuth is read-only. Disconnect anytime from Settings. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google user data is used solely to provide the features you initiate and is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
In plain English: You own your content. We own the platform.
AHI owns the platform. You retain ownership of all content you upload, with a limited license to AHI to deliver the service.
7. Subscription & Billing
In plain English: Monthly billing. Cancel anytime.
Monthly billing. Cancellation takes effect at period end. Refunds case-by-case. 30 days notice for price changes.
8. Data Rooms
In plain English: You control who sees what.
You control who accesses your data rooms. AHI is not liable for actions of parties you invite.
9. Limitation of Liability
In plain English: Liability is capped at 12 months of fees.
Platform provided “as is.” Liability capped at 12 months of fees paid.
10. Indemnification
In plain English: Users cover third-party claims from their use.
Users indemnify LootMogul Inc. against third-party claims arising from their use.
11. Termination
In plain English: Either party can end the relationship.
AHI may suspend accounts for violations. Users may cancel anytime.
12. Dispute Resolution
In plain English: Talk first. Arbitrate if needed.
Good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California.
13. Governing Law
In plain English: California.
California law governs.
14. Severability
In plain English: If one part fails, the rest stands.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
