Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using AHI constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of Service

AI-powered investor matching and discovery (15,000+ investors), warm intro path mapping, AI voice and video outreach, data rooms, pitch scoring, pipeline management, cap table, and Google Workspace integrations.

3. Account Responsibilities

Keep credentials secure. Provide accurate information. Must be 18+.

4. Acceptable Use

No unlawful use, harassment, malware, scraping, or reverse engineering. You agree not to use Google user data accessed through AHI for any purpose other than the features described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Google OAuth is read-only. Disconnect anytime from Settings. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google user data is used solely to provide the features you initiate and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

AHI owns the platform. You retain ownership of all content you upload, with a limited license to AHI to deliver the service.

7. Subscription & Billing

Monthly billing. Cancellation takes effect at period end. Refunds case-by-case. 30 days notice for price changes.

8. Data Rooms

You control who accesses your data rooms. AHI is not liable for actions of parties you invite.

9. Limitation of Liability

Platform provided "as is." Liability capped at 12 months of fees paid.

10. Indemnification

Users indemnify LootMogul Inc. against third-party claims arising from their use.

11. Termination

AHI may suspend accounts for violations. Users may cancel anytime.

12. Dispute Resolution

Good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California.

13. Governing Law

California law governs.

14. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
